Property Description

Craftsmanship at its finest, this barn-style home is truly a feast for the senses. A private oasis, it has been thoughtfully reimagined in every way imaginable—featuring a new roof, siding, mechanical systems, structural beams, and a second floor loft transformed into a master ensuite dreams are made of. Hanging statement lighting sets the mood, while each shower is finished with Spanish cantilena tile, river rock floors, and handcrafted copper rain heads. Live-edge countertops are accented with copper sinks and fixtures, adding warmth and character throughout. Stay cozy with in-floor radiant heat as you take in the views through oversized custom windows. Slate tile flows through most common areas, while the bedrooms are finished with cork flooring for comfort and sustainability. Outdoors, custom stamped concrete patios surround the home, offering multiple entertaining spaces, a fire pit, and an outdoor shower. The property also includes a storage shed, chicken coop, and a heated pottery studio complete with a greenhouse—perfect for year-round fresh food. Adding to the charm is your own private apple orchard, along with pear trees, blueberry bushes, and raspberry bushes. Rural minimalism meets steampunk chic in this impeccably designed and truly one-of-a-kind home
